How to retrieve my password?

You can reset your password by clicking on ‘forgot password’ under the password field on the login page. 

You will be asked to enter your registered email address. Once you’ve entered the email address, click on ‘Reset Password’. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address. You can either open the link on the email or copy & paste the URL to your browser where you will be asked to enter your new password.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can make fast and secure payments through credit card, PayPal, using e-Wallets, and P2P money transfer services to your contractors over Freelance Central.

How often do I have to renew my Freelance Central subscription?

You can renew your Freelance Central subscription every month or every year based on your requirements. Visit our Pricing page to learn more.

Are there any hidden costs besides the service charge?

Yes. If you choose to file 1099-NEC, we offer a tier-based pricing system where the price ranges from $2.99/ form (1-10 forms) to $1.65/form (1000+ forms).

How frequently can I make payments other than on a bi-weekly basis?

Yes, payments can be made every time the employer receives a generated invoice from the contractor’s end. The employer can then approve the invoice and make the payment.

Yes. Contractors can register with Freelance Central for free and access all their important documents, invoices, payments, and other information.

How do I access the onboarding information?

You can access all the onboarding forms and documents by selecting the contractor from the Contractor directory. To select the contractor directory, go to Dashboard > Manage > Contractor list.

How do I upload contracts/NDAs to Freelance Central?

You can upload your contracts/NDAs by clicking on the ‘Manage’ option on the dashboard.

How do I downgrade my Freelance Central subscription? 

You can downgrade your Freelance Central subscription by clicking on Account -> My Subscriptions -> Change Plan.

I want to modify the terms and conditions on my invoice. Is that possible?

Yes, you can add additional clauses or modify the terms of your contract on Freelance Central. 

Does Freelance Central integrate with other software?

Yes. You can integrate your QuickBooks and TaxJar accounts and export details easily in just minutes over Freelance Central.
